What The Heck Is Clean Eating?
Very quick for you – don’t make clean eating harder than it needs to be. Eating clean is a very simple concept. This is how Dr. Katz from Yale University Prevention Center describes clean eating: “Food that’s clean is food that’s for the most part real food and not encumbered with things that compromise health: artificial flavorings, artificial colorings, sugar substitutes,” said Katz. Secondly, when you eat clean and exercise, the weight will take care of itself. Try not to be obsessed by the numbers on the scale.
